A chronicle of my journey of learning to live again after the loss of my precious daughter, Hudson, and my attempt to find meaning in her death
beautiful. hope. joy. love. missing. dreaming. all of it intertwined. thank you for sharing.rachel c.
So beautiful. Had to close my office door, because these pictures made me cry happy-sad tears.
Lovely pictures of an extraordinary kind! Much love to you both♥
smiling through tears, Mandy. (I believe the great Dolly Parton in Steel Magnolia said that laughter through tears was her favorite emotion, which I love.) Thinking of you all so often as two very important days approach.
That last picture is just especially beautiful. May the next few weeks go by easily and peacefully.
Simply lovely photos. Sweet and hopeful through the pain. Big hugs,Claire
Hope looks beautiful on you.Jackie
You and Ed are pillars of strength and beauty! Hudson IS with you and I am glad that you find ways to feel her presence-she is there in the beautiful trees surrounding you in that special place. Holding your family in my thoughts as you prepare to welcome Jackson into the outside world. -amber
Mandy,Yes, Hudson is with us always, and each year those blossoms come out her presence will be renewed. I hope that once Jackson is with us, you will start taking family photos there regularly. The beauty of the flowers, and their continued reemergence will serve as a powerful lesson to him on who his sister is.
She sure is. You look beautiful.
I love this post and the photos. You look wonderful. Olivia
Beautiful parents and beautiful trees. I feel certain that she is with you, always xo
So very beautiful!
Am absolutely loving your baby bump! You look great! :) - Jennifer Lewis
Always.. with tears and love to you....
beauty inside and out, truly.
Beautiful pictures of HOPE...abstract ideas like that are sometimes hard to make concrete, but yea, these are pictures of HOPE. And of looking forward...and of anticipating new life, already there but soon to be where you can HUG him and kiss him and count his little fingers and toes! And you already know how I feel about our children's continuing presence...I don't for one minute doubt that Hudson is watching over all of you, especially her baby brother.Love,Judy
So so beautiful.
The four of you are a very special family! Up and on...
Such lovely pictures, Mandy. All the best in the home stretch. We're sending a few extra kisses to Hudson today, just 'cause.
